I am a psychotherapist who is committed to helping individuals and families learn how to foster meaningful and healing relationships with themselves and others. My work focuses on nervous system regulation, attachment, and building great relationships. I believe in following a client's lead on their needs and being a supportive and collaborative guide when times get tough. I am also passionate about incorporating our relationship with nature into our work and find ways for that both indoors and out.
